Not all seasonings are created equal. Motha’ Clucka’ is especially unique in flavor. Starting out with an herby flavor thanks to the thyme, marjoram and sage followed by a mild smokiness with a hint of garlic and finishing with just a touch of mild heat.
What’s in It?
Motha’ Clucka’ Chicken Seasoning is hand blended with garlic, thyme, onion, marjoram, sage, paprika, black pepper, and New Mexico Lumbre chile powder.
Where to Use
Obviously you can use Motha’ Clucka’ seasoning on chicken, but it also goes well with vegetables and cheesy dishes. The richness of the onion and garlic is complimented by the mild heat of the New Mexico Lumbre Chile powder which gives the two a little kick when used in cheesy dishes. The herbal flavor also complements cheeses well. Having a party? Try Motha’ Clucka’ as the seasoning in a cheese ball, always a crowd favorite.
Black bean burgers become somewhat magical when made with this seasoning. The smoky and spicy undertones are an amazing compliment to the black beans. The combination of flavors will really surprise you.
